Your program will consist of at least 2 high school vocational courses, depending on the program. You should take the more advanced courses during junior and senior year. Talk to your vocational instructor for details about which specific courses to take. For example, in Culinary Arts, you would take Culinary Arts I & II during your sophomore or junior year, then take Culinary Arts III & IV during your junior or senior year. See Step 4 for more details.
