If you complete the high school portion of your program before you graduate, you can also begin taking courses in your program area at Arizona Western College while you are still in high school. As a resident* high school student, you can enroll at the Special Admit Rate of nearly half of regular tuition. You can also apply for book scholarships through Tech Prep. You are responsible for any fees associated with the class. Talk to your vocational advisor or counselor about registering for AWC vocational classes while in high school.
If you plan on attending AWC while in high school, you should ask your counselor about attending a Tech Prep Orientation to help you get started. Orientations are held on AWC campus and are usually offered in August and January.
*Out-of-State and non-resident tuition/fees are not covered under the Guest Rate.
